Welcome! My name is Taiba Shah, I am a Physician Assistant Student at CUNY York College. Before embarking on my PA journey I majored in Biology and minored in Studio Art in CUNY City College of New York. I have experience working as a Medical Assistant for 3 years in an Allergist/Internal Medicine private practice, and 1 year in a multispecialty clinic. I interned in the Harlem Hospital Emergency Department and shadowed the PAs and doctors there. I also have experience teaching elementary school in underserved populations in Harlem, and various age groups in the American Museum of Natural History for 1 year. In addition to my passion for medicine, I also enjoy painting and exploring museums. Thank you for visiting my website, enjoy a glimpse into the life of a busy PA student.
